Covid-19 update: Aura's business continuity update

Here at Aura we appreciate the loyalty and trust our clients have with us, and that’s why we wanted to provide you with an update on our operations in these unusual times so that we keep our valued clients and team members healthy and safe.

We are closely monitoring developments of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and are following guidelines from the government and will adapt as the situation develops.

We are taking a range of proactive measures to safeguard the well-being of our employees, partners and customers so that our business continues to operate or provide our customers with services and support considering the unprecedented circumstances we are faced with.

We are in constant contact with our partners who assure us that they have continued stock of all parts. Due to the critical nature and extreme pressure that the NHS is under, we will be treating healthcare customers as a priority but will endeavour to ensure all our customers do not go without.

Currently, we have no strict ban on internal travel within the UK due to coronavirus. We have asked our teams, to follow the principles of Smart Working and avoid any unnecessary travel.

We will take into consideration any travel restrictions in line with Government guidelines and use of collaboration technology will be used wherever possible.

We will continue to respond quickly to any requests for support and to minimise impacts to your business and reduce disruptions to your customers. We are available during normal business hours, through the usual telephone, mobile and email communication routes.
